Youth Programs Coordinator
Mica joined the SILC team as the Youth Program Coordinator in January of 2024. He is based out of Phoenix, AZ, where he has spent much of the last 10 years working to implement youth leadership initiatives and expand peer-based services. After graduating college with a BS in Information Systems, he realized his real passion was advocacy and set out to blend these two skill sets into a uniquely Mica approach to disability advocacy and empowerment. He believes that tomorrow will be shaped by our youth and that tomorrow’s youth will be shaped by the systems & communities of today. In his personal time, he is an avid martial artist, game enthusiast, and lover of stories.
