The SILC Board meeting will be held via Zoom. Public Testimony is scheduled from 12:05pm – 12:10pm via Zoom or written testimony. This meeting is open to the public for any persons wishing to testify. The SILC is especially interested in hearing from you on issues associated with recent cuts to federal funding and programs, in addition to cuts to the federal workforce that impacts Alaskans with disabilities, as well as any other disability issue you feel we need to be aware of.
Because the public testimony period is only 5 minutes, we encourage you to send us your testimonty via email at info@alaskasilc.org, which we will use to inform our advocacy and read during the meeting. We especially appreciate your personal stories of both negative and positive experiences.
